The AQA 63336 Leeds gig

On Saturday 24th November, AQA 63336 hosted a gig at Trash in central Leeds, to launch the AQA 63336 album.

The acts were all chosen for their party credentials and included Model Radio, the winners of the AQA 63336 band competition (see here), supported by exhilarating bar dancing Belisha from London, mobileact entrants Out from Animals from Chester, and Leeds' sexy female fronted dance act U R Penetrators.

Showing off the latest t-shirts, albums and books.

The gig was attended by over 200 hundred people, including local AQA 63336 researchers. AQA's latest book, cocktails, t-shirts and albums were handed out free during the event.

We'd like to thank all the bands, promoters and guests for making the night so special. And a special thank you to local promoter Kate Wellham for making sure everything ran so smoothly.

AQA 63336 can help with any musical query that you have. So here, to celebrate the AQA 63336 album, are the answers to some of the other imponderables of pop history:

Q. Can I Kick It? (A Tribe Called Quest)
A. Yes you can, but AQA does not believe in violence. Try channelling your aggressive impulses into a soothing game of tiddlywinks.

Q. How Soon Is Now? (The Smiths)
A. Now is a century; now is just past; it's current or instant & PDQ-fast. It's so you & trendy: a fashion wow. Blink & it's lost to you: treasure your now.

Q. What's going on? (Marvin Gaye)
A. Life is the result of a complex sequence of chemical reactions and has no underlying meaning. Assign your own meaning: find out what you love and do it.

Q. When Will I See You Again? (The Three Degrees)
A. About this time again next week when you’re down the pub and having an argument with your mates again. Have you told them you use AQA yet?

Q. Should I Stay or Should I Go? (The Clash)
A. You should go. Whilst you know where you are if you stay, going opens up a whole world of possibilities. If you go, there will be trouble, but what fun.

Q. Is this the way to Amarillo ? (Tony Christie)
A. To get to Amarillo , pass by the church, which is just beyond the highway & Amarillo will be past the open plain. Look out for Marie & take your umbrella.

Q. Who let the dogs out? (Baha Men)
A. Postman Pat let the dogs out, but Caesar’s avenging spirit (according to Marc Antony in Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar) "let slip the dogs of war".

Q. Why does it always rain on me? (Travis)
A. It always rains on you because you're a cloud seeder. You fly planes that spray silver iodide into clouds (its structure induces freezing & rain falls).

Q. How Deep Is Your Love? (Bee Gees)
A. AQA's love is about as deep as the Marianas Trench in the Pacific Ocean. Man has only visited it once and it’s over 11km below sea level.

Q. How do I Live Without You? (Leanne Rimes)
A. The indispensable Swiss Army Knife was invented by surgical equipment supplier Karl Elsener in 1891. AQA’s has a cute pair of scissors plus knife & fork.
